Our dear friend, Olivia, got married in Italy three weeks before their reception at the The Caldwell Event Space. The venue was completely transformed by the FIORELLA Nashville team with florals, shiny streamers, and 100’s of disco balls and EventWorks rentals. Inflated by Tiwana made the arch and shimmer wall stand out with this balloon masterpiece that was almost two stories high!
Cocktail & Key worked with Olivia + Josh to make the cutest signature drinks in honor of their kitties. Guests raved about how yummy and fun the drinks were all night! Another fun touch was Braid Babes hair braiding and hair tinsel weaving bar. Guests had a blast time trying out the interactive station and embracing new styles.
Edley’s provided yummy bar-b-que and a delicious southern spread. We can’t get over how beautiful this space was once transformed, thankfully Saul Cervantes was there to capture the moments!
Nashville Party Authority kept the party rocking until one of the largest downtown transformers blew leaving multiple city blocks in complete darkness. This was a first for the Social Bliss Team, but it goes to show that you can’t plan for everything! The team gathered a speaker and kept the energy high.
Olivia and Josh didn’t let a power outage steal their joy or ruin your day. They exited with a tinsel throwing then took the party to Broadway where the downtown lights were still glowing. We can’t wait to celebrate The Wilkersons for many years to come!
