Corner 2 Corner // Curb Center Belmont University Fall 2024 Graduation

The 2024 Fall Corner 2 Corner Graduation theme was Mamba Mentality and seeing it all come together was a dream! The Curb Center at Belmont University was transformed to celebrate these entrepreneurs walk and dance across the funnest graduation stage thanks to our super talented vendors, most being Corner 2 Corner Alumni.

Creative Soulz Printing provided window, wall, & floor decals, bike rack covers, complete door and post wraps, signage and more. Hey Hey Creative made our dream come true locker room stage. LaMarvelous Balloons made the spectacular basketball goal entryway, highlighted 2 Photo Booths, the stage, and sooo many walkways. Tied Together made the Alumni Section special with their balloon display.

As always the party starts in the parking lot… we chose this venue for their parking, easy access, and valued alumni. Every guest got a meal that could be used at The Pepper Pott, ConeHeads, and Andres Barbecue Food Trucks and a dessert ticket for The Baking Room Dessert Truck. The Liquid Chef Nashville was there serving a delicious variety of non-alcoholic drinks.

As I previously mentioned, Nashville Magazine Photo Booth and LaMarvelous made these stunning on theme and on brand backdrops captured by photographers Donzaleigh, Reneka Swims, and the Corner 2 Corner Team.

As you walked in you were greeted with music by our 1st female DJ, Eye Piss Glitter, to a space for graduates, friends, and family to sign “the yearbook”, take photos, and a Fan Shop by Bulldog Customs Tees providing onsite screen printing. Then as you entered the stadium you were greeted by vendor village where you could explore some of the talented graduates and program participants.

We decided to kick off this basketball themed graduation with a Pep Rally featuring The Hadley Park Line Dancers and Maplewood Cheerleaders!

With DJ Ladarius running stadium tunes and DK Event Solutions running AV in house and online streams, Natasha Torei welcomed our graduates to take their seats, then Shana Berkeley joyfully announced each entrepreneur as they eagerly crossed the stage.

In between the ceremonies the prized Pitch Contest took place with 4 students given the opportunity to pitch their product to a panel of judges for a cash prize that can be invested in to furthering their business. It’s a special part of the program that highlights struggles that are personal to the community.

It wouldn’t be a Corner 2 Corner Graduation without highlighting the founders and special team members that keep the mission alive every day…as well as a SWAG SURF before goodbyes.

We also want to give shout-outs to the best gift basket creator we’ve seen Love Basket Express, LED Marquee Lighting, Beyond Desserts Catering for taking care of the C2C Staff, and Fifth and Broad for their fabulous videography!

Hope to see y’all again in the spring!
