3 Tips to Planning a Nashville VIP Trip

When your tropical 60th birthday trip gets canceled, this New York crew wanted to see what Nashville had to offer. The co-ed group was comprised of 9 guests spanning from early 30’s to late 70’s with the youngest being under one year.

We are all about ease and efficiency, and our custom itineraries are key to maximizing your trip. Here’s what we recommend:

VIP Tip #1: Private transportation

If you’re all flying together, airport pick up and drops offs are a must! We have bubbly waiting for you in the limo or car to kick off your trip with a bang. Nashville isn’t too big so it’s very walkable and a short Uber/Lyft away. However, we recommend having private transportation for the entire weekend. It’s a life of the luxurious, and we’re here for it!

We also arranged for a babysitter to come to the hotel for SBE’s youngest client. These are the details we handle to enhance your Nashville trip.

VIP Tip #2: Secure all access passes + private dining

This group traveled in style and received VIP access and treatment during their entire trip in Nashville. If you don’t enjoy lines or waiting, we highly recommend upgrading general admission tickets and booking private dining rooms for a more private experience.

We booked the VIP Grand Ole Opry backstage tour and what better way to watch the show than from the front row. One of their top dining experiences was brunch at White Limozeen. It’s the hot spot for photos, but we secured the green room for the private experience. They even took a private city tour with Hell on Wheels! An interactive party at Hip Hues was one for the books. Upon arrival, their favorite bites + sips were on site while they screen printed tees and stamped and foiled luggage tags. They even made some for Christmas gifts. The Spark Collection was also on site with jewelry welding.

The Nashville trip was full of fun, but their 3 favorites were: late night dinner at Skull’s Rainbow Room, touring Belle Meade’s property and visiting the winery, and the grand finale birthday dinner in The Hermitage Hotel’s Veranda.

VIP Tip #3: Celebrate BIG

This private birthday dinner in The Veranda was the icing on the cake. Who wouldn’t be excited about turning 60 when they’re surrounded by close friends and family, a gorgeous tablescape, and this amazing view?
