As everyone experienced, Covid brought the world to a screeching halt. The event industry was no exception. During this time, Social Bliss Events founder, Sarah, picked up some part-time work with Tractor Supply Company which is where she met Morgan. They quickly became friends. One year later when life was back to “normal” and Morgan asked Sarah to plan her big day, Sarah was elated to plan her wedding (and not be working at TSC)! 🙂
We love all of our clients and were so thankful for this special connection that formed during a time of unprecedented stress and change.
How precious is this bridal party? Since the wedding fell over Halloween weekend, the bride wanted to incorporate holiday themed pjs, too.
Blake’s first look reaction is priceless!
How could you not ‘fall’ for this bouquet and color scheme? Lean into your wedding season. The navy and burnt orange hues were incorporated perfectly.
Personalized groomsmen flasks made for a great photo op, and corn hole keeps guests entertained and is a great memento for the Bride & Groom.
When guests arrived, they signed a coffee table book that Morgan and Blake can incorporate into their house. It’s the perfect way to reminisce on the spectacular day.
Morgan’s dad walked her down the aisle, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. It was an honor for Uncle Kevin (Morgan’s uncle) to officiate the wedding. We love involving the entire family, when possible.
After a beautiful ceremony, the party moved to the porch for cocktail hour. The team flipped the space from ceremony to reception. Family photos were captured during this time, while guests sipped and noshed.
Pro tip: use the back of your welcome sign as the seating chart for dinner.
When the grand reveal was ready, we invited guests into the reception space. We loved the continued attention to detail (looking at you, Morgan) with the cake, plating, champagne tower and florals!
If you put fruit on cake that makes it healthy right?
The Bride & Groom shared a special first dance and as the reception ramped up, there was never a dull moment on the dance floor.
The night concluded with a super fun ribbon send off.
The Bride & Groom went downtown to capture photos in the city that they call home!
We were so happy to be a part of Morgan & Blake’s special day!
