A Fairytale Nashville Wedding: Betsy + Justin // Tennessee State Museum

Add three dress changes, one champagne wall, and an after party…what do you get?

An epic wedding!

Betsy and Justin knew from day one that they wanted a large, extravagant celebration. After considering several venues, the Tennessee State Museum proved to be a perfect fit. With marbled floors, high ceilings and plenty of space, the museum was truly idyllic for this fairytale evening.

In preparation for the big day, Betsy was joined by her mother, the groom’s mother, and her bridesmaids.

We loved the details that Betsy intentionally wove into her big day. She attached to two photos of loved ones to her bouquet with blue ribbon (incorporating her something blue). Betsy’s thoughtfulness extended to her father and grandfather, too. She gifted them with black ties adorning hand sewn photos on the back.

Betsy’s grand entrance down the sprawling museum staircase, to the tune of a string quartet, was the highlight of the ceremony. Escorted by her father and grandfather, it was a very sweet, intimate moment.

The ceremony was marked with handwritten and heartfelt vows. After the beautiful exchange, bridal party and guests headed upstairs to enjoy cocktail hour, which consisted of two indoor bars, a patio with great views of Downtown Nashville, and the infamous interactive champagne wall – we’ll take a glass!

After cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner followed by cake cutting, and an epic reception hosted by the charismatic Steven Salyers!

As their night of celebration came to a close, Betsy and Justin shared one last slow dance together. Betsy and Justin’s sparkler send off was nothing short of beautiful. As the couple made their final exit as husband and wife, they sped off with gusto in a Rolls Royce, to the after party at Justin Timberlake’s (Betsy’s second favorite Justin) The Twelve Thirty Club.
