Lindsay and Jerret’s wedding day was the perfect mix of timeless elegance, family, and fun. With 67 of their closest friends and family gathered in Nashville, the couple celebrated their marriage with an intimate ceremony at Cheekwood followed by a beautiful reception at Mere Bulles. Inspired by the romance of Pride and Prejudice, their day featured a classic green and white color palette and thoughtful details. We loved planning their special day from start to finish!
Cheekwood was the perfect setting for Lindsay and Jerret’s intimate ceremony. The Wisteria Arbor made for an amazing ceremony backdrop. Florals from Brentwood Flower Shoppe, a beautiful welcome sign, and green ribbon details tied everything together before the ceremony began. Guests were welcomed with parasols and water before taking their seats as The String Smith provided live music. We especially loved how the green and white color palette complemented the natural beauty of the property!
Lindsay and Jerret surrounded themselves with a sweet group of family and friends who made the day even more special. Lindsay’s bridal party included her maid of honor and three junior bridesmaids, while Jerret had three groomsmen and a junior groomsman by his side. The girls spent the afternoon getting ready together before heading to Cheekwood for portraits, while Jerret and his guys enjoyed some time together in the groom’s suite. Lindsay looked stunning in her gown from Bloom Bridal, paired with her veil from Avec Amour Bridal and shoes by Manolo Blahnik. The bridesmaids wore dresses from Bella Bridesmaids. Jerret and his groomsmen were dressed in style by Jos. A. Bank.
Benita Livingston of Living Ceremonies guided the couple through a ceremony that was full of personality and fun. Benita delivered a beautiful prayer, shared pieces of the couple’s love story, and incorporated an Irish ring warming tradition before the exchange of rings. After the ceremony, LRow Photography captured family portraits and full wedding party photos around the property before Lindsay and Jerret headed to Mere Bulles to continue the celebration.
The reception took place in Brentwood, where guests were welcomed with cocktails, lawn games, and a spectacular setup. White linens, custom name cards, and taper candles created an elegant tablescape. We loved the personal touches throughout the evening, including Lindsay and Jerret’s playlist and the vintage-inspired details that gave the reception its own personality.
After dinner, family members and siblings shared sweet speeches that had everyone laughing, smiling, and reaching for a tissue. Then it was time for one of our favorite parts of the evening, the cake cutting! Publix provided the wedding cake for guests to enjoy while Lindsay’s mom personally sugared the fruit adorning the top. The evening ended with a tinsel send-off as Lindsay and Jerret exited as Mr. & Mrs. Towns. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful day!
